F/LIST launches global employer branding campaign #SPIRITWORKS—
Craftsmanship with attitude
Austrian family business F/LIST presents its new global employer branding campaign #SPIRITWORKS. At its heart is the unique "F/LIST spirit," which combines craftsmanship, innovative strength, and lived values. The campaign shows how passion, solidarity, and appreciation at F/LIST shape not only the work culture but also the quality of the products—from business and private jets to yachts under the F/YACHTING brand to luxurious residences.
Good spirit makes the best job
The starting point for the new employer brand is a clear stance: appreciation, passion, and reliability shape everyday interactions. The strategic guiding principle "Good spirit makes the best job" forms the basis of the #SPIRITWORKS claim—an international message that works equally well for employees, applicants, and customers. With authentic stories from within the company, the campaign puts people at the center. They show how the right spirit transforms work into teamwork, turns workpieces into masterpieces, and turns apprenticeships into careers.
Global implementation across all channels
#SPIRITWORKS is being rolled out globally at all ten F/LIST locations – from Austria to Canada, the USA, and the UK to the Middle East. The aim is to make the F/LIST spirit visible and tangible worldwide – in emotional films, posters, advertisements, social media content, and trade fair appearances.
"Our teams work all over the world, but the spirit is the same everywhere: mutual appreciation, passion for quality, and the desire to achieve something extraordinary together. This attitude connects our locations across national and cultural boundaries. With #SPIRITWORKS, we show what F/LIST stands for as an employer: genuine craftsmanship, clear values, and the conviction that long-term success always begins with people," says Katharina List-Nagl, CEO of F/LIST.
First collaboration with Ortner&Weihs
For the creative implementation, F/LIST chose the Ortner&Weihs agency for the first time. The Ortner&Weihs team impressed with its emotional imagery, keen sense of authenticity, and clear visual style. "It is our pleasure to implement exactly what we experienced firsthand during our very first factory tour—a spirit and a sense of togetherness that is unique," said Ortner&Weihs about the collaboration.
Promoting young talent with responsibility: Apprenticeships at F/LIST
As one of Lower Austria's largest employers, F/LIST has been taking responsibility for training young professionals for decades. Every year, around 15 apprentices start their training at F/LIST, accompanied by 40 experienced trainers who support the next generation with great commitment and expertise. A total of 365 apprentices have been trained to date, with a retention rate of 100 percent. Training takes place at the headquarters in Thomasberg and in Kindberg, Styria. Taster days: Experience the F/LIST spirit live
As part of its #SPIRITWORKS employer branding campaign, F/LIST invites interested young people to attend taster days. These offer the opportunity to learn about various apprenticeship professions, visit the training workshop, and talk directly with apprentices and trainers. The next apprenticeship program starts in August 2026.
