F/YACHTING strengthens its capabilities through integration of HIRSCH Interieur within the F/LIST Group
As of January 1, 2026, HIRSCH Interieur, headquartered in Blaufelden, Germany, has been integrated into the F/LIST Group as a 100% subsidiary, further strengthening engineering capabilities within F/YACHTING — the dedicated yacht spin-off of F/LIST. With this acquisition, the F/LIST Group is taking another strategic step in the ongoing growth of its yacht and residential business, complementing its long-standing expertise in the aviation sector.
Thorsten Hirsch, Managing Director of HIRSCH Interieur, and Andreas Aigner, COO of F/LIST and Managing Director of F/YACHTING,
, on the occasion of HIRSCH Interieur’s integration into the F/LIST Group.
The integration builds on a long-standing relationship between F/YACHTING and HIRSCH that dates back to the early 2000s. Over the years, both companies maintained a close professional exchange and developed a strong mutual understanding of their respective capabilities. Following the founding of F/YACHTING three years ago, this relationship evolved into a series of successful joint projects in the yacht sector. These collaborations further strengthened mutual trust and combined technical expertise, ultimately paving the way for a unified organizational structure and a shared future.
Founded in 2001, HIRSCH specializes in engineering services for yachts and high-end residences and currently employs 23 professionals. Over the years, the company has been significantly involved in a wide range of F/YACHTING projects, contributing technical expertise to complex and highly customized interiors. With F/YACHTING experiencing a strong order pipeline and continued growth, expanding engineering capacity has become a strategic priority. The integration of HIRSCH therefore represents an important milestone in supporting F/YACHTING’s future development and operational scalability.
Managing Directors Thorsten Hirsch and Andreas Aigner will lead the company moving forward. Both organizations are already working intensively on integrating HIRSCH colleagues into F/YACHTING project teams to ensure seamless collaboration and maximize synergies across engineering and execution.
Thorsten Hirsch, Managing Director of HIRSCH, commented:
"Our collaboration with F/YACHTING and F/LIST spans more than two decades. Becoming part of the Group is a natural next step and allows us to further expand our engineering expertise while contributing to some of the most exciting yacht and residence projects in the industry."
Andreas Aigner, Managing Director at F/LIST Group, added:
"HIRSCH has played an important role in many F/YACHTING projects over the years. Bringing the team fully into the Group strengthens our engineering capabilities at a time of strong growth. This integration enables us to further scale F/YACHTING while maintaining the quality and technical excellence our customers expect."
