The Swiss Carbone Interior Design AG was responsible for the redesign of the five-star Quellenhof Grand Hotel and staged the perfect symbiosis between tradition and modernity, luxury and elegance, classic and zeitgeist. Handcrafted lighting concepts, restored ceiling paintings, specially designed furniture and carpets - everything the star design studio sketched out, F/LIST turned into reality.

F/LIST supplied a total of more than 1,800 furnishings for the public areas, such as the entrance hall with the impressive concierge desk or for the "verve by sven" restaurant with the hotel bar, which blends harmoniously into the overall picture as a fixed component of the restaurant. The Grand Hotel Quellenhof received the "Hotel of the Year 2021" award from GaultMillau Switzerland.

It is with deep sadness that we inform you that our chairman and visionary of F/LIST, Franz List, passed away on Saturday at the age of 76 after a serious illness. This loss hits us all hard and leaves a painful void, not only in his family and our organization, but also in the world of exclusive interior design.

Franz List's vision took us from a modest carpentry shop founded by his father in 1950 to a globally recognized company. His leadership, his love of the craft and his innovative spirit have made F/LIST what it is today.

He will be greatly missed.
